Baywok Concord opened its doors for the first time in May 2005. Owners and Concord locals for over 30 years, brothers Daniel & Robert Galati have 35 years of combined hospitality experience between them.
The two boys have grown Baywok from a thriving casual suburban eatery to a successful Event catering business. Baywok Catering now caters all of Sydney as well as the central coast.
With a reputation for quality and freshness, the boys have been visiting Sydney vegetable and fish markets weekly since opening to hand select and buy their own produce.
Baywok is also member of the Coeliac society catering to dietary requirements which includes a generous range of gluten free meals. Baywok is also a member of the Restaurants and Caterers Association.
